Feb 17, 2026

The New Orleans Voodoo Baby Dolls are stepping out on Mardi Gras Day!

Happy Mardi Gras!

The New Orleans Voodoo Baby Dolls are stepping out in vibrant style on the much anticipated Mardi Gras Day! This annual celebration is not just an event; it's a magnificent expression of our rich cultural heritage and an opportunity to come together as a community. We invite you to join us as we participate in a spirited second line through the lively heart of the French Quarter. Our journey will begin from the iconic balcony located at 530 Royal Street to toast to Mardi Day and thank our host.

As we gather on the balcony, we will raise our glasses in a joyful toast to Mardi Gras, celebrating the essence of this grand festival that brings people together from all walks of life. Following our toast, we will parade through the Armstrong Park, a beautiful green space that serves as a vital part of our community, leading us to the historic Congo Square. This square, renowned for its deep-rooted significance in African American culture and history, will be our destination, where we will continue to revel in the spirit of Mardi Gras.

🎺 Music by: Young Fellaz Brass Band will provide the authentic second line soundtrack to our festivities, that New Orleans is famous for.

📍 Our route will take us from Royal Street, to Dumaine, and finally to Congo Square!

Mark your calendars for Mardi Gras Day, a day filled with color, music, and joy. ⏰ We will step off promptly at 10 AM, so be sure to arrive early and join in the fun!

*We will also have a special treat to hand out. It is sure to bring focus and extra joy to your Mardi Gras Day!
